Since entering healthcare and telehealth recruiting in 2013, our focus has remained straightforward: understand the organization, understand the role, and find talent capable of making a lasting contribution. Mike Maffei is the Founding Partner of AlediumHR and brings more than three decades of experience in recruiting, human resources, workforce operations, and organizational leadership. His career includes senior leadership roles with organizations including The Home Depot, Sodexo/Circles, Staffmark Group, Hodges-Mace, and Caterpillar Financial.
At The Home Depot, Mike led HR and recruiting operations supporting a workforce of more than 465,000 employees, including large-scale recruiting initiatives involving tens of thousands of hires. Throughout his career, he has led complex recruiting, HR service delivery, workforce, and operational organizations at significant scale.
Mike entered healthcare and telehealth recruiting in 2013 and later co-founded AlediumHR in 2020. His approach combines the discipline and accountability of large-scale corporate talent operations with the responsiveness and specialized expertise healthcare organizations need from an external recruiting partner.
