The Alliance for Connected Care, in partnership with the American Telemedicine Association, led 112 organizations in a letter requesting that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) take action to preserve the benefits of telehealth by ensuring that telehealth practitioners working from a home-based (or other) location do not need to report that private residence to the federal government for purposes of either enrollment or billing.
